Can I volunteer for FOUR PAWS?

What controls are FOUR PAWS subject to?
Our work is based on transparency.
The FOUR PAWS balance sheet is audited annually by an external, certified accountant in accordance with the Austrian Commercial Code. The current annual report can be viewed online on our international website.
Where can I find information about all your work?
Our international website, Facebook page and Instagram accounts are the best way to be updated on our latest news and activities. On our website, you can find our latest campaigns and rescues animal stories too.
Where do you have offices? How can I contact FOUR PAWS in my country?
You can see all the FOUR PAWS offices on our international website and all the information on our sanctuaries and projects. You can contact your FOUR PAWS country office by clicking on the country at the very end of our webpage. It will lead you directly to the country website.

I cannot make a donation at this time. What are other ways that I can support FOUR PAWS?
There are many ways to support FOUR PAWS. You can like, share, and comment on our social media posts, sign our petitions, sign up for our newsletter, and spread the word about our work with friends, family, and colleagues. We greatly appreciate it!
How do I request a refund?
FOUR PAWS USA is grateful for your generous donation and support for our mission. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing, via email to: info@fourpawsusa.org, or by mail to: FOUR PAWS USA, 36 Bromfield Street Suite #410, Boston, MA 02108, within 45 days of the original donation date.
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your full name and contact information
- Donation date
- Donation amount
- Donation method
- Reason for refund request
Refunds for recurring monthly donations through the FOUR PAWS USA Sustainers program are available for up to 3 months.
Refunds will be made only to the original method of payment. FOUR PAWS USA reserves the right to request proof of identity before issuing a refund.
Refunds may be subject to the deduction of any applicable fees, such as payment processing fees.
